Hey folks! 👋If you've been poking around the site lately, you’ve probably noticed things look a little different… and by “different,” I mean I’m actually updating things. I know — wild.
Here’s the truth: consistency has never been my strong suit with RPGX. Gaming, updates, content… It’s all been a chaotic seesaw of inspiration, burnout, and “oh right, I run a studio.” I wish this was my full-time gig, but we’re not there yet. So, instead of pretending I’m suddenly a productivity machine, I’m just embracing the ride.
And right now?I’m in one of those glorious “getting-stuff-done” phases. I’m finishing projects, I'm gaming again, I’m building the website, and I’m releasing actual products instead of just talking about them. Enjoy it while it lasts — eventually I’ll slip back into hibernation like a confused bear, but maaaybe if things take off enough… the naps will be shorter.
What’s new?
The Foundry modules are DONE. Yes, done. Monumental achievement unlocked.
Next up: massive map packs, shiny new token packs, and even some original soundscapes to round out your worlds.
After that, I’m eyeing a few video reviews — showing off tools I like and how they play with RPGX Studios creations.
And then there’s the board game… the shadow-politics, almost-ready-for-prototype board game. We’ve been bouncing between licensing an existing IP or forging our own, and honestly, the new-IP route is winning. The lore just needs a little more meat on the bones before the monster rises.
